Location
Travelling on the M50 and M1 Motorway:
1. Take the Malahide exit off the M50. (It may also be signposted R139).
2. Take the second exit at the Clayton Hotel. This will bring you onto the R139.
3. When you are on the R139 drive to the second set of lights and turn left.
4. Take the next right (the only right), you will see a sign for Grattan House on you right
5. Turn into Grattan House and drive around the building (any direction) to the far side.
6. You will see a sign for Chase House and there is a buzzer for reception to let you in.
Travelling on the Malahide Road coming from City Centre:
1. Take the left turn at the Hilton Hotel junction on to the R139 (signposted M50)
2. At the first set of traffic lights turn right
3. Take the next right (the only right), you will see a sign for Grattan House on you right
4. Turn into Grattan House and drive around the building (any direction) to the far side.
5. You will see a sign for Chase House and there is a buzzer for reception to let you in.
